About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at IPAR, a leading provider of workplace health and injury prevention services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve optimal health and productivity in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Develop and implement effective case management strategies to support injured workers in their return to work journey.
  • Return to Work Outcomes: Apply your clinical expertise to improve return to work outcomes for our clients, ensuring a safe and sustainable return to work.
  • Injury Prevention and Education: Design and deliver injury prevention and education programs for employers and employees, promoting a culture of workplace health and safety.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective return to work plans.
  • Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct a range of assessments and evaluations, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments, to inform return to work decisions.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Registration: Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Communication and Time Management: Possess excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Demonstrate a passion for problem-solving and innovation, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.
  • Passion for Workplace Health: Have a genuine passion for workplace health and injury prevention, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: Hold a current driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
