As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a network team, ensuring the maintenance, design, implementation, and security of network infrastructure. This is a full-time hybrid role with some work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot network issues and conduct regular network performance assessments.
- Develop network security protocols to ensure data protection and integrity.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve performance goals, focusing on leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Network Security, including relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
