Data and Reporting Specialist

Are you a data-driven professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Data Analysts or Managers, supporting economic and pricing policy, and market monitoring initiatives in the disability sector.
As a member of our team, you will contribute to analytical work including data advisory, analysis, management, and reporting. You will work collaboratively to support complex policy and market monitoring initiatives, analyzing Scheme expenditure, detecting pricing anomalies, and tracking provider dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy scalable data, statistical, and mathematical models
- Develop and execute data collection and presentation strategies
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to inform policy and pricing decisions
- Maintain dashboards tracking market performance and pricing trends
- Engage with stakeholders to support project delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
- Proficiency in R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL
- Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative team player with independent problem-solving ability

Additional Information:
Applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship at time of application and hold a Baseline security clearance. Candidates who do not currently hold a Baseline must be able to obtain and maintain this level of clearance.
