Compliance Inspection Supervisor Role

NSW Land and Housing Corporation seeks a skilled Compliance Inspection Supervisor to oversee compliance inspections, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing staff working on compliance inspections, including:

  • Addressing compliance issues in a prompt manner
  • Developing and supporting their team members
  • Engaging with diverse stakeholders on a daily basis

This is an opportunity to work with AMS building contractors and deliver vital maintenance services while meeting compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or construction/building maintenance experience
  • Field work experience, including site meetings and travel
  • Understanding of Australian Building Codes and Government/commercial probity standards
  • Current Driver's Licence
