Role Overview

We are seeking a senior civil engineer to lead the design and delivery of projects in south east queensland.

  • Civil design and project management for land, urban and subdivision developments.
  • Project support, design review, stakeholder engagement, liaison with authorities and contract administration.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the technical design process including developing detailed designs, specifications and calculations.
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet key milestones and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, project managers and other team members.
  • Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and professional codes of practice.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the civil engineering discipline within the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in civil engineering preferably in project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of applicable laws, codes and regulations relevant to civil infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
