Job Title

The Library Marketing & Communications Producer role is a dynamic opportunity to join our customer-centric team in promoting sustainable growth, leading the community, protecting our environment, and creating a great future for the Northern Beaches.

We are seeking a marketing and communications professional with experience in maintaining, editing, and improving website pages, producing and coordinating content for print and digital collateral, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also provide customer service duties to support the effective operation of library branches across a 7-day service.

This role involves:

  • Maintaining, editing, and improving website pages to ensure a dynamic and engaging customer experience
  • Producing and coordinating content for print and digital collateral, including digital screens and social media to foster community connection and interaction
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to leverage and cross-promote events and programs
