Job Summary:

Oversee the implementation of Netsuite ERP solutions across various business units. Tailor the ERP system to meet organisational needs by configuring it according to best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring seamless communication between teams. Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users to guarantee smooth adoption of the system. Monitor system performance, troubleshooting any technical issues promptly. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for informed decision-making purposes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ERP deployment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Netsuite ERP implementation and configuration.
  • A deep understanding of business processes in industrial and manufacturing settings.
  • Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating customised reports and dashboards within Netsuite.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
