This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with people who are ageing and genuinely enjoy providing support in a residential aged care facility. As a Personal Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of the team that provides outstanding care to our residents.

• A Certificate III in Aged Care
  
• Previous experience as a Personal Care Worker in an Aged Care environment
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• A current NDIS worker check
  
• Availability to work on a 24/7 roster
  
• Ability to work within aged care standards
  

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Salary sacrificing benefits are also available.
