We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our Allied Health team at Northern Beaches Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard clinical care, collaborating with Medical Officers and other healthcare professionals to provide assessment and evidence-based treatment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong social work assessment and counselling skills, as well as effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. They will also be able to prioritise and manage workload demands, meeting deadlines and completing activities within scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical care to patients
  • Collaborating with Medical Officers and other healthcare professionals
  • Assessing and developing evidence-based treatment plans

About the Opportunity
