Associate Director, Organisational Development and Strategy

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Organisational Development team in delivering strategic initiatives that drive business growth and excellence. As Associate Director, Organisational Development and Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide People and Culture programs that align with our organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of HR/organisational development and change programs and strategies in a medium to large-sized organisation.
- Manage large projects in a dynamic and complex environment, including planning, scheduling, and organising cross-functional projects with multiple priorities or perspectives.
- Effectively manage teams and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, dealing with highly confidential issues and providing expert advice on organisational development and change management.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or extensive relevant experience and management expertise.
- Proven track record of leading organisational development and change initiatives, with a focus on business outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
