Senior Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning Facilitator to join our centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that promote early learning and development in children.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mentoring educators, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be passionate about creating a sense of belonging for all, embracing diversity and promoting opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for their age groups and stages of development
  • Mentor educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Ensure a welcoming and safe environment is maintained at all times
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve centre goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Holds an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
