Role Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Patient Transport Officer. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality transport care to patients within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and interventions during transport.
- Deliver exceptional patient care throughout the transport process.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with patients and healthcare stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in line with RFDS MPC guidelines and NEPT regulations.
- Operate independently while adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay informed about RFDS MPC policies and NEPT regulations to uphold best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certification as a Patient Transport Officer (PTO) with a minimum of Certificate III in Non-Emergency Patient Care.
- Experience in the NEPT sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possession of a FULL NSW Driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Availability for day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Vaccination Requirements
Applicants must provide proof of the following vaccinations:

All candidates will undergo a National Police Check and must hold a Working with Children Check.
