Job Summary

Delivering products to customers using a truck with an open platform and Fassi F65 crane is the primary responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will be expected to make deliveries in a safe and timely manner, reporting any damage to items to the Dispatch Manager.

  • Deliver items based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct oneself with courtesy and obey all road rules, displaying excellent customer service.
  • Maintain vehicle and crane via regular inspections and services.
  • Ensure items are delivered safely and efficiently, communicating with the Dispatch Manager regarding any issues.
  • Attend necessary inductions and report accidents, documenting relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with the Dispatch Manager regarding delivery issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and unload trucks when possible.
  • Ensure vehicles have adequate fuel for next day's deliveries.

About You

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 2 years of truck driving experience.
  • A valid Truck License (MR and above).
  • Preferably, an HR license and relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in joystick-operated cranes.
  • A good driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Brief knowledge of OHS responsibilities and safe work practices.
