Job Description

The role of Project Engineer : Civil involves the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, with a focus on earthworks, in-ground services, and civil structures.

Key responsibilities include conducting professional engineering work without direct supervision, consulting and advising on specialist engineering areas, supervising and coordinating multi-disciplined design activities, controlling technical interfaces between disciplines, equipment suppliers, and subcontractors, and assisting in the preparation of forecasts and assessing project constructability.

Requirements
  • Tertiary Engineering Qualifications in Civil / Structural or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in Civil / Structural Engineering of energy/utilities projects
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
