About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile. In this service-driven role, you'll be the face and first point of contact for guests at RACV Noosa Resort. You'll be on your feet, interacting with guests in a professional manner, to deliver exceptional customer service and a great experience.

  • Guest check-in and check-out and accommodation reservations for leisure travellers and conference groups;
  • Process payments & maintaining records;
  • Answering incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests;
  • Provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities;
  • Cross-sell & up-sell products & services;
  • Communicate & collaborate with other departments such as food & beverage, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance & spa.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 4-5 star hotel/resort environment and gain valuable experience in front office reception. If you have excellent administration & MS Office application skills, a professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival;
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Processing guest payments and maintaining accurate records;
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding resort facilities and services;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team. They will also have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
