Field Service Supervisor Role

A unique opportunity has arisen to take on the role of Field Service Supervisor, working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating major shut downs and supervising a team of tradesmen.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, resource and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to work scope preparation, costing, scheduling and execution.
  • Promote timely reporting and administrative functions to meet customer and company requirements.
  • Supervise time sheets and sub-contract documentation to facilitate accurate job costing.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within your area of responsibility.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or project management role in the mining industry or related OEM.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and product training.
  • Intermediate PC skills and ability to analyse technical data and reports.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Safety focus and adherence to site safety processes.
  • Trade certificate in Mobile Plant Mechanic (HD Diesel Fitter - Earthmoving/Heavy Transport) and extensive experience in repairing, servicing and maintaining mobile plant equipment.
  • Ability to adapt to different teams, rosters, environments and workloads.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer satisfaction.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team based out of Gunnedah, primarily supporting Mining and Maintenance Projects across the region. You will be part of and based out of our Gunnedah Workshop, however majority of your role will see you working between multiple sites supervising major works, shutdowns and ensuring the safety of your team of tradesmen.
