Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service for every individual who walks into our store.
  • Ensure stock movement is optimized to reduce shrinkage and enhance sales.
  • Maintain a clean shop floor and prepare the store for promotions and sales events.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve performance objectives related to sales, people management, audits, compliance, visual merchandising, and wage management.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Make recommendations, select, and assist customers in locating products based on their needs or preferences.
  • Operate shifts as required, including opening and closing the store premises, handling cash transactions, and maintaining store security.
  • Provide effective leadership during shifts.
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail customer-facing role.
  • Desirable: Supervisory experience within retail or hospitality.
  • Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide service to multiple customers.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and personable approach with customers.
