Electrical Designer Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a skilled Electrical Designer to join our project team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D modelling and drafting using relevant CAD packages, as well as the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on vendor drawings and interdisciplinary design data.

  • Develop electrical designs for mining projects using AutoCAD;
  • Review vendor drawings and design data to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and standards;
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and other discipline specialists;
  • Produce high-quality deliverables that meet statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • Work efficiently and effectively within a multi-discipline team environment.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mining or mineral processing plant design;
  • Previous experience in 3D modelling and drafting using CAD software;
  • Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on vendor drawings and interdisciplinary design data;
  • Understanding of industry regulations and HSE practices;
  • Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
