This job opening is for a qualified HC driver with semi tipper experience. The successful candidate will operate and maneuver semi tipper trailers, safely loading and unloading between customer sites.
About the Role- Operate and maneuver semi tipper trailers, safely loading and unloading between customers sites.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant.
- Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of freight, maintaining adherence to schedules.
- Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation.
- Comply with all company/site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.
- Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported.
The ideal candidate will have a valid HC Licence with 2 years Australian driving experience, sound knowledge of the VIC metro & regional area, and excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
