About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Chief Administrative Support Officer to provide professional support to our General Manager and other departments as required. This role will involve administrative tasks, correspondence with guests, managing guest complaints, booking meetings and events, taking minutes, and reviewing filing systems.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other departments
• Manage and handle guest complaints in a professional manner
• Book and coordinate meetings and events
• Take accurate minutes and follow up on actions
• Maintain and review filing systems
• Support with project work for other departments
• Gather and compile reports
• Manage the General Manager's calendar
• Liaise with department heads for fortnightly and end-of-month reports
• Stationery orders for the office
• Assist the Director of Culinary with administrative duties

Requirements
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of revenue management
• Exceptional communication and English skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• High standard of keyboard skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• High level of confidentiality
• Ability to build rapport with members and staff at all levels
• Experience in records and data management
• Proven experience in organizing and office administration
• Previous Personal Assistant experience or hotel operation in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
