Job Description:
">- To fulfill the wishes and dreams of our clients, we have designed a program that provides memorable experiences and moments of joy. Our program supports people with life-limiting illnesses to focus beyond their diagnosis and treatment, to a positive event or outcome that has personal meaning to them.
The program will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of the program. This role will be responsible for identifying appropriate team members required to implement each project and coordinate logistics around this. It will also work closely with health executive and foundation teams to drive awareness of the program throughout the organization and lay foundations for expansion into new areas.
">A strong communication and networking skill is essential in this role, as well as proven leadership experience and the ability to develop teams and manage performance. The individual should be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and use resources wisely.
">A compassionate individual who can work effectively with diverse groups of people is ideal for this role. A current driver's license and safe driving record are necessary, along with the willingness to travel between sites. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, healthcare management, or nonprofit management, is also required. Minimum two years of experience in program and/or events management, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting, is needed.
