Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of innovative architectural solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts and detailed plans that exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to translate complex requirements into functional designs.
  • Evaluate and ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
  • Provide expert technical advice and support during construction.

Requirements:

  • Masters of Architecture (or equivalent) from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Architect, preferably with health or sports project experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver on time.
  • Strong technical skills in architectural design, including Revit and other software.
