The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise SEO Manager to lead our strategic development and implementation of SEO initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth for our clients and our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to drive growth and improve online visibility
- Manage a team of SEO specialists, guiding their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work
- Analyse performance metrics and refine our approach to achieve optimal results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in an SEO specialised role
- Proven experience working across enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of global brand requirements
- Expert-level understanding of SEO fundamentals and processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with new business and pitching
- Strong skills across the basic SEO stack, including GA4, SEMRUSH, and Ahrefs
