Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Ocean Reef. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning experiences for our children, while also supporting the growth and development of our centre.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Goodstart Ocean Reef is a vibrant and supportive centre, located at the end of Marina Boulevard. We are conveniently situated near Ocean Reef Primary School and offer a range of programs and services to support the needs of our children and families.
- We are licenced for 85 children per day.
- We have 4 large rooms from Nursery to Kindergarten.
- We develop colourful and engaging programs that cater to each child's individual interests, needs, and strengths.
- Our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements, providing a stimulating and safe environment for children to explore and learn.
- We have a caring and supportive team of educators who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education.
- We offer competitive pay rates, with a minimum of 3% above the award rate plus a 23% Casual Allowance.
