Mental Health Specialist

Objective: To secure a challenging role as a Clinical Therapist where I can utilize my expertise in delivering targeted interventions to young people aged 13-17 years experiencing significant mental health issues.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological and psychosocial assessments for diagnosis, interventions, and consultation services.
- To evaluate clinical outcomes of services and assist in the development and provision of education and training programs that promote best practices in clinical therapy.
- To supervise therapists and other professionals working within the district, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and objectives.
- To collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address the complex mental health needs of consumers living with mental health problems and disorders.
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience in delivering clinical interventions and assessments.
- Strong knowledge of mental health legislation and policy frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
