Business Banking Entry Level Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Banking team as a Lending Operations Analyst.

As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end lending lifecycle by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of lending solutions to clients. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to process review and manage loan set-up in various internal systems, process anti-money laundering applications, and deliver the Macquarie Express Guarantee product.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer experience. Your ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and apply your analytical skills, working with complex data sets and processes to drive business outcomes. You will also contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
