Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing organisation in Western Sydney. This is a 6-month contract with potential to become permanent, offering a salary of $150k - $165k + Super.

Job Description

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting with the integration of a newly acquired business into the group, alongside supporting various automation and streamlining initiatives across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Chief Financial Officer in the integration of the newly acquired business.
  • Leading initiatives to streamline processes and drive automation across the group's entities.
  • Supporting the Chief Financial Officer with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow forecasting.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analysis and evaluating ROI on future capital investments.
  • Overseeing month-end financial reporting and ensuring tax compliance across entities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in acquisition and business integrations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP or Pronto is highly desirable. Previous experience overseeing a SAP implementation would also be desirable.
  • Experience working in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller position within the manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in an evolving and fast-paced work environment.
