About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to patients and their families.

This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals through the emotional and practical challenges associated with illness, injury, and hospitalisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering psychosocial support to clients experiencing mental health challenges, collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment, and contributing to care planning, advocacy, group facilitation, and recovery-oriented practices.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field
  • Eligibility for membership with relevant registration body
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health settings
