About the Opportunity: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Field Ecologists to join our NSW ecology team. This role is mainly field-based, targeting surveys in spring and summer 2024/2025 in a range of locations in NSW. Permanent roles may be available following this period, by negotiation.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conducting ecological fieldwork, including surveys and data collection
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including peers, clients, and government agencies
  • Collaborating with the NSW ecology team to deliver high-quality projects
  • Prior experience or knowledge of NSW Plant Community Types will be highly regarded
  • Experience in GIS and electronic data capture is an advantage
