Counselor - Rehabilitation Specialist

WorkFocus Australia is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health.

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design effective programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.
- Provide Vocational and Adjustment to Injury Counselling to support clients in achieving their career goals.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work and current membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Determination to consistently provide high-quality customer service and a keen sense of punctuality.

The estimated salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
