Technical Bridge Role

A technical bridge role designed for a customer-focused, problem-solving environment. You'll serve as the liaison between engineering teams and external partners, helping integrate, operate, and resolve issues.

  • Provide guidance to customers and internal teams on complex technical concepts.
  • Contribute improvements to the platform based on partner feedback and recurring issues.
  • Bring a DevOps / SRE mindset, ensuring resilience, observability, and operational excellence across services.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for platform partners, helping them integrate, troubleshoot, and maximise platform value.
  • Investigate and resolve partner issues across APIs, integrations, and platform services in real-time.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and success teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Create clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement fixes, enhancements, and automation for support needs.
  • Built tools, scripts, and monitoring solutions to improve self-service, reliability, and observability for platform customers.
  • Participate in incident management from triage to post-mortems and continuous improvement.
  • Document technical solutions, FAQs, and runbooks for internal and customer use.
  • Prioritise customer insights and feed them back into engineering teams to inform roadmap and product improvements.
  • Stay current with evolving best practices in SRE, DevOps, and platform engineering.

Requirements
  • Strong background in software engineering, especially in back-end or platform services.
  • Solid programming skills in .NET Core, C#, and MSSQL; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS required).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of site reliability engineering principles—resilience, scaling, fault tolerance, automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in live systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
