Personal Banker Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you'll have the opportunity to work with customers to understand their financial goals and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine customer needs through consultation and assessment
  • Develop and recommend financial solutions that meet customer needs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
