Job Description
- As a Lead Fire Engineering Specialist at Arup, you will lead all types of fire engineering projects, providing detailed technical input across a broad range of projects within the fire engineering business and related areas.
- You will prepare, oversee and review project reports for clients summarising key issues and strategically advising on best outcomes under supervision.
- You will represent Arup at internal and external meetings including leading approvals negotiations and be a competent communicator.
- Liaise with other disciplines within the region, providing particular expertise on fire engineering as appropriate;
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, specialising in Fire Engineering or similar area;
- Be fully aware of all legislative requirements and other regulations governing Occupational Health and Safety;
- Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership;
- Chartered and Registered with relevant engineering authority body
- Relevant industry experience in Fire Engineering within a consulting business environment;
- Prior experience in laboratories, data centres, infrastructure, warehouses, etc.
