We are a tight-knit team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results in the music industry. As a MRT Reporting Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our data operations function and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have a strong understanding of the media landscape in Australia and New Zealand, and be able to think critically and analytically.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney office.

Main Objectives:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with MRT data suppliers
  2. Receive and ingest cue sheet and transmission data related to music used in commercials
  3. Manage works and cue sheets related processes for Australian and New Zealand TV and radio stations
  4. Prepare data for APRA AMCOS royalty distributions
  5. Provide regular reporting to management on progress
To Succeed in This Role You Will:
  1. Be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  2. Have a high level of organisational and time management skills
  3. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have intermediate to advanced skills
  4. Be a proactive and supportive team player who can work independently
  5. Have the ability to multitask, prioritise well and adapt to changing needs
