About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our team at MHM Contracting. As a Field Service Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of mobile mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile mining equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on equipment
  • Work with a variety of OEMs, including Hitachi, CAT, Komatsu, and Atlas Copco
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety protocols
Requirements
  • Auto Electrical Trade qualification (AUS/NZ recognized)
  • Minimum three (3) years post-trade experience
  • Experience in a variety of OEMs
  • Previous experience in mining and civil equipment maintenance
  • Current Air Con Ticket
  • High Risk Work License (desirable)
  • Able to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and DAS
  • Able to provide a current National Police Clearance
