Cardiology Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cardiologist with subspecialty training in electrophysiology and device implantation to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians and completed a dedicated fellowship in electrophysiology and device implantation.
  • Desirable: completion of a higher research degree (PHD or Masters) and ongoing evidence of current commitment to research and teaching.

The successful applicant will contribute to the growth of the cardiology department, providing clinical work, research and teaching opportunities. Responsibilities include 1-2.5 lab sessions per week, on call roster duties, ward rounds and device clinic reporting.

The appointee will be responsible for academic matters to the University and clinical matters to the Local Health District.
