As a key leader in our retail environment, you will have overall responsibility for managing multiple stores within a designated area. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your operational and sales-focused expertise.

The main objective of this role is to ensure a perfect customer experience is delivered by managing all sales and service activities in store, providing leadership and training to the team in areas such as sales, key performance indicators, expense control, shrinkage management, and profit contribution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring that both yourself and your team demonstrate a customer-centric approach to both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain maximized sales from key merchandising areas.
  • Achieve budgeted expenses and area profit contribution.
  • Ensure effective management of the store roster for the stores within the area and distribute Team time appropriately while maintaining punctual attendance.
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets within your designated areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and procedures.
  • Align, lead, empower, and support team members by providing direction, setting clear expectations, encouraging, and providing feedback and recognition to teams and individuals.
  • Effectively recruit and select Team Members within your area.

  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude.
  • Have the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Possess excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to define clear goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Hold an Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
