Aircraft Maintenance Leader

The Lead Representative will provide key support to customers at assigned locations. This role involves performing routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on aircraft equipment, including in-flight entertainment systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Management: Develop a work schedule, oversee daily maintenance activities, and lead technicians.
- Aircraft/IFE Maintenance: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of electronic assemblies and units.
- Training/Documentation: Operate as the local trainer on in-flight entertainment systems and perform data entry tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years related industry experience preferred.
- Appropriate academic qualifications and experience to satisfy regulatory licensing.
- Ability to pass security checks.
- Proficiency in MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and consistently handling complex assignments.
