About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property & Commercial Lawyer to join our expanding Property & Commercial department. This position is perfect for a professional looking to manage a variety of commercial transactions and conveyancing matters across QLD and NSW.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice in commercial law, including leasing, business sales and purchases, franchising, and partnership agreements.
  • Manage property matters such as residential and commercial conveyancing, off-the-plan transactions, and family transfers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
  • Ensure meticulous file management and maintain a high attention to detail.
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Admission as a lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in Property & Commercial Law (from a reputable law firm only).
  • Strong client-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional drafting abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work across various office locations and build professional networks.
  • Familiarity with LEAP software is a plus but not required.
