General Surgery Resident Medical Officer Role

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated medical professional to join our surgical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our experienced surgeons.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the diagnosis and treatment of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Conduct preoperative and postoperative assessments, as well as manage patient care during hospital stays.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain knowledge and skills in general surgery.

Requirements:

  • A completed medical degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the relevant medical board.
  • Proven experience in general surgery or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
