We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Boardroom Waiter/Client Services Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing premium service and offerings to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience as a waiter in a professional services or high-quality food and wine service, barista and coffee-making experience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up catering and delivering breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, providing first-class waitering services across office floors, ensuring meeting rooms are properly set up, and providing a high level of service to various event styles.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional communication skills, immaculate grooming and personal presentation, and the ability to liaise at all levels. An R.S.A. certificate is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set-up catering and delivery of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
  • Provide and deliver first-class waitering services across office floors
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are properly set up
  • Provide barista service to meetings
  • Provide a high level of service to a range of different event styles
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience as a waiter in a professional services or high-quality food and wine service
  • Barista and coffee-making experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment delivering premium service and offerings
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to liaise at all levels
  • R.S.A. certificate
