Overnight Operations Manager

We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an Overnight Operations Manager. This is a key role that plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our night-fill department.

In this position, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the night-shift team, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade.

You'll work closely with your team to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be crucial in driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of all team members.
