Greenkeeper Professional

We are seeking an experienced Greenkeeper to join our team at Green by Nature. This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week, primarily based on Macquarie University sites.

As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing turf areas to ensure they remain lush, healthy, and resilient. Reporting to the Site Manager, this hands-on role involves implementing sustainable practices and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent, with previous experience in turf management, greenkeeping, or a related field. They will also possess knowledge of turfgrass species, growth habits, and maintenance requirements, as well as familiarity with turf care equipment and machinery.

About You:

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
• Cricket Wicket experience (Desirable)
• AQF3 Required
• Previous experience in turf management, greenkeeping, or a related field
• Knowledge of turfgrass species, growth habits, and maintenance requirements
• Familiarity with turf care equipment and machinery, including mowers, aerators, and sprayers

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience
