Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing production shift operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality standards.

About the Role
  • Coordinate production activities to meet targets and optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP).
  • Maintain production processes and address any issues that arise.
  • Confirm accurate production data entry into SAP while identifying inconsistencies.
  • Lead the production team by providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Be a role model for safe working practices and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent certification/experience in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is highly desirable.
