Supply Chain Operations Trainee

We are seeking talented Year 10 students to undertake a School-based Traineeship.

As a Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations and gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting. You will be based at our branch and complete certificate requirements through on-the-job training and assessments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Embracing company values and policies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge
  • Providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the branch

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and take direction
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Willigness to try new things and learn from mistakes
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to maintain a neat and tidy workspace
  • Well-presented appearance

Students will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Must have Saturday Availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
