We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista to join our team. As the face of our Southport-based bagel shop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and outdoor seating space
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, restocking supplies, and performing basic maintenance tasks

Fresh Food Preparation: You will also be required to prepare and serve fresh bagels, pastries, and other baked goods, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
