Oral Health Service Director

The position of Senior Oral Health Professional exists within the Sunshine Coast Health region. This role will involve providing high-level support for operational and strategic management of Oral Health services.
- Lead the delivery, coordination, development, and monitoring of Oral Health Services across the region.
- Manage human resources and delegation for the Oral Health Administrative stream.
- Develop, lead, and implement programs to ensure compliance with National Safety and Quality in Health Care Standards and AS/NZ Standards for Oral Health Services.
Key qualities required include exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
