Key Role: Network Administrator

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Network Administrator to design, implement, and support our LAN, WAN, and VOIP infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in maintaining and optimizing our global network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and performance across the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain network performance and availability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure network security.
  • Support global network operations and disaster recovery planning.
  • Plan, install, and configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and servers.
  • Design and implement network infrastructure using Cisco technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce security protocols.
  • Analyze traffic patterns and recommend upgrades to improve network efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in strategic planning and implementation of enterprise-wide projects.
  • Work closely with vendors and data centers on configurations and outages.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Participate in a rotating after-hours support schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in network administration or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of data communications and networking principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (CCNA required, CCNP preferred).
  • Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls is a plus.
  • Proficiency in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Path Solutions).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – Required
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Highly Desired
