We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Holiday Retail Specialist. In this 3-month contract role, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences in our pop-up environment.

As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for showcasing the Koala brand's story and values, while providing personalized service to every customer. Your passion for delivering memorable experiences will drive sales and ensure a positive outcome for our customers and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience Expertise: Deliver confident and engaging interactions with customers, showcasing the Koala brand's story and values.
  • Retail Operations: Manage all operational aspects of the pop-up location, including opening and closing processes, stock management, and customer follow-ups.
  • Sales Driver: Drive sales for all Koala products through meaningful interactions with customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and business.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring our retail space is immaculately presented at all times.
Ideal Background
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a retail or face-to-face customer service environment.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working part-time hours.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to engage and energize a room.
  • Empathy: An empathetic approach is essential at every touchpoint.
  • Communication: Near-perfect grammar and English written and verbal skills are required.
