About the Role

As a Store Manager at Liquorland, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers and your team. You'll lead your team through effective coaching and support to ensure ongoing business development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and your team
* Deliver business objectives, key performance indicators, drive sales and growth
* Be responsible for the store's inventory and ensure store presentation standards are always met
* Effectively manage administration of your store from payroll through to stock ordering
* Maintain a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

About You and Your Skills:

* You'll have a real passion for store presentation, developing your team, and exceptional customer experiences
* You'll be responsible for managing a team and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
* You'll be able to effectively manage administration, including payroll and stock ordering
* You'll have a current accredited RSA qualification
